We love Carbonara Trattoria! We've been coming many years and it's always great! Bartender Trey is a master at drink making! And Alex is a dream- she takes impeccable care of us, and she's so knowledgeable and efficient! We love,love, love her! No one at Carbonara Trattoria is allowed to change, ever! Keep doing what you're doing. Superb food and unmatched service. You can't go wrong!

Extraordinarily loud. Man at table next to us was so loud we could not hold a conversation at our table. Lobster bisque was lukewarm and not worth price. Service way way too slow. Need more servers. Really disappointing for a $200+ dollar dinner.

it was a double celebration of birthday and job promotion. there were 6 of us and Alex was great and came down to talk to a family member who was hard to hear. we're coming back!

Our server Alex was fantastic! The food was delicious and the service was excellent. I would definitely recommend trying the Fried Oyster appetizer!

Atmosphere was warm and inviting…service was slow. Food was average. My bolognese had too much cinnamon in it…tasted like Skyline chili.
