Caribbean Flava's Catering

When we knew we were coming to Fredericton for the weekend, I did a quick search of caribbean style dining and this restaurant came up on my search. The previous reviews and the recommendation we received from our AirBnb host to dine here was enough for my husband and I to dine here our first night in the city. Food and atmosphere were amazing: We couldn‘t decide what to take because everything sounded so delicious. Therefore we got several platters to share: Curry Chicken, BBQ Maple Beef Rib, Samosas, the Mum’s famous coconut bread together with a delicious caribbean fruit ice tea. The excellent food and warm atmosphere made our family evening perfect!

Fantastic food, fantastic service, just a phenomenal place to visit. This might be the best Caribbean I've had, and their homemade hot sauce was perfect. My group was a bit of a trouble table and they were very helpful and attentive. Owned and run by a very welcoming and friendly family, I'll be coming back here as soon as I can!

What an oasis, an authentic taste of the Caribbean with a flair of Indian. We went there for business...left like family. Thank you for bringing de flava!
