I have been ordering from this place for years and loved, loved their food. However, tonight I went and ordered a huge meal for 5 and we couldn't eat most of it. The chicken balls were doughy. My guests dug out the chicken to eat it, leaving the coating behind on their plates. The egg rolls were so salty. I had to spit it out onto my napkin. The same with the beef and broccoli. It was swimming in salt and the broccoli looked old. Lots of items no longer on the menu. Why cannot one find an updated menu anywhere? The prices have all changed so you don't know what you are spending until you make the order. It can't be the same people out back doing the cooking. What's up Oriental Pearl?????
Second time we’ve ordered from OP. Second time it was great. Order filled within 15 mins and piping hot on pickup. Dinner for 4 was a ton of food and probably 1/2 price you’d pay at Diplomat. This is the only place we are going to go for Chinese food so long the quality and prices stay consistent!
The portion sizes are quite generous for the price. We couldn’t order too much because we were both very full. They also provided chocolates alongside the fortune cookies, which was a lovely addition! There aren't many Chinese restaurants in Fredericton, so this place is definitely worth a visit.
