I visited this restaurant for the second time, hoping to recreate the wonderful experience I had during my first visit. Unfortunately, my second experience raised some concerns. I arrived around 9 AM and noticed that the woman taking my order was dressed as if she were in her pajamas. I was the only one in line at the time, yet she forgot my order. Instead of speaking with me, she loudly discussed my order with a coworker, referring to me as "her!" This made her seem quite unapproachable, and I found it difficult to interrupt their conversation to remind her about my order. After about three minutes, she finally returned to ask me what I had ordered. By then, two other customers had already...

During my visit, I noticed a troubling lack of professionalism from the staff. I was in a hurry and unable to return the tables and chairs I had moved to their original spots. Rather than responding politely, the staff sarcastically thanked me for not tidying up. I was genuinely shocked by this behavior; it is completely unacceptable to speak to customers that way.
This place is always clean when I visit, and the service is usually quite fast. I enjoy Caribou, but if you haven't been there before, make sure to request VERY light ice (there's a notable difference between light ice and very light ice). I forgot to specify today when I ordered a cold brew, and this was the amount of ice that was left.
