This location at 1127 Larpenteur made the best Vanilla Cooler I 've ever had. I always order it extra thick and it was like a malted milk shake. Plenty of whipped cream too. I 'm done with the Caribou at 1700 Rice Street. Half the time the employees refuse to give any whipped cream, which is half the appeal of this beverage, and then maybe give you a teaspoon like you 're trying to rob them of whipped cream for a $7 beverage! Be gone 1700 Rice Street the managers apparently can 't train the employees and if an employee accidentally forgets they deny the customer common courtesy. Paying in advance is always a risk at 1700 Rice Street. Awful location. Go to 1127 Larpenteur. Fast, perfect, DELI...

Stopped in for a quick coffee while en route from the airport. Drinks were great, and the atmosphere was cozy! Unfortunately, our interaction with Joey was less than wonderful. He made my visiting relative feel like an idiot for ordering a starbucks drink (she had never been to a Caribou! , and then proceeded to trash talk Starbucks instead of actually being welcoming and helpful. Thankful the regular Caribou locations I visit have been more welcoming.

I come to this Caribou several days a week. Why? Because their app makes it easy and usually works. But my biggest gratitude for this place is that when the app messes up (like sending my order off to another location) the staff go ahead and make my drink anyway. Good People make a difference!
