It is incredibly soft and somehow seasoned to perfection with just the right amount of parm right on top. Next up I had the option of soup or salad. After hearing they had a loaded potato with bacon soup or a minnestrone I opted for the potato soup. It had just enough bacon in it that resulted in a very subtle but undeniable smokey flavor. The female owner seems to be one of the most unusual and unpleasant individuals I've encountered in the restaurant industry. Her frequent outbursts appear to drive customers away, as noted in various reviews. She might be better suited for kitchen duties or late-night cleaning, as customer service definitely doesn’t seem to be her strength. Unlike the warm and welcoming Italians I’ve met, she gives a negative impression of hardworking individuals in the industry. I had a fantastic dining experience! The food was exquisite, earning a perfect score of 5 out of 5. Every dish was delicious and expertly prepared. The service was impeccable, also deserving a 5 out of 5 - attentive, friendly, and efficient. The atmosphere was delightful, creating the perfect setting for a memorable dinner, which is why I rate it a perfect 5 as well. Overall, a truly wonderful evening out!
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I never felt more uncomfortable or harassed by the female owner. Save your money and time and go anywhere else.
