Carinis Pizzeria - Réservation de table

Amazing!!! Because of Covid, they only offer carry out and do not provide delivery services. I decided to try this place after a friend posted a mouth-watering photo of their pizza on Facebook. I ordered a bacon and onion pizza and was impressed that they cooked the bacon from raw. The pizza had a generous amount of toppings and was cooked perfectly. The garlic bread was packed with so much garlic that you could still smell it in your car the next day... perfection ?. The two young men working there were very polite both on the phone and in person. This may become my new favorite spot.

I ordered 2 small pizzas (a bacon and onion pizza and a Carini's special with onion and pineapple) along with mozzarella fritta. We were surprised to be charged an extra $2 to remove a topping from one of the pizzas, and another $2 to add pineapple (which we expected). When I called to confirm, I was told that I was charged $20.95 for the special, $4 more than the menu price, while the other items we ordered were priced as listed on the menu. The food was good, but I wanted to share this experience as a warning for others.

Overall great food and service. Ok time for and update. Food is still good. Service needs improvement. Nice wait staff but need Gordon Ramsey to get their act together. No silverware on table. Brought out bread but no silverware. Had to ask 2x. Asked for dressing on the side for 3 of us. Nope forgot that. Brought out food. Forgot side veggie. Said she would bring more bread, a bowl for shells. Forgot that. Forgot the beer one ordered.

Overall, the food was ok. Garlic knots were tasty. We ate there before Covid and brought our children who are very well behaved. The staff was very rude. They also acted put off by the fact that we had a discounted offer. We won't be returning as there are far better Italian restaurants in town and nearby. Réservez une table maintenant

Excellent Italian family restaurant. Glad to have them in my hometown since they bought the place from the Rossini's approx. 30 years ago. The most amazing calzones you'll find anywhere. Pizza gets high honors in an area that has many competing pizza restaurants. Highly recommended.

What a gem. Was lucky to find this place passing through CT. Food was terrific. Atmosphere was typical small Italian eatery, but good grief the food was just perfect. I had the pizza (and the chicken parm)! Can't wait to pass through town again.

Super clean and great customer service. Good pizza with great mushroom and sausage toppings. The familt style salad was great. Fresh greens and lots of fixings...a nice meal for outdoor family eating
