The experience was overall fantastic. Although we were unable to make a reservation due to the restaurant being fully booked, they graciously accommodated us as walk-ins without a guaranteed wait time. We were able to find seats at the bar and enjoy a drink while we waited. Despite it being a busy Saturday night, we were seated within about 30 minutes. Our waitress was extremely friendly and attentive. The restaurant had a beautifully vibrant Mexican decor that added to the lively atmosphere. Good parts: fancy cocktail menu, food is good and fresh and servings are generous (tho I would love a bit larger a larger coleslaw portion) and of course curated Mexican vibe.So-so parts: service is quick (your cocktail is served right away so you have something to enjoy while waiting for the food) and attentive. A bit too attentive. Basically, they want you gone as soon as you seem finished. Which I guess is fair because COVID and stuff but they treat you more like clients not patrons.Bad parts: floors feel sticky (yuck) and bathrooms need some TLC.

I had the gluten-free tacos at this restaurant, with a choice of hard or soft shells. I started with guacamole and then had the soft Tacos Carne Asada. They were very good! The waitress was knowledgeable about gluten and informed me that the rice and fries contained gluten, so she substituted the rice with a salad. It was a great dining experience overall.

Went with a couple friends for my 18th birthday last night and loved it. The Blue Demon is by far the best meal there, I highly recommend it! We didn’t make a reservation, but the very friendly girls in front (especially the one with the hoops and curly hair) made the time fly by very fast. Last night I came to celebrate my bday and had a phenomenal experience from the hostess to the waiters the food the atmosphere was exceptional I highly recommend this restaurant. Thank you all soooooo much can’t wait for next visit. btw we drove 30 min and well worth it.

Excellent I love Daiquiri it was my favourite drink and it give me some nostalgic because when I was in Colombia I took it every weekend so that’s why the restaurant remember me my amazing country. I love everything feel like Latinoamerica!.

Our first visit, was really nice. Our wonderful waitress Erica was very friendly, hospitable and fun. Drinks were great and food was good. Love the ambiance!!!

I absolutely adore this restaurant. The food is delicious, the staff is phenomenal, and I highly recommend this incredible dining establishment.
