However, after two hours went by with no food and no updates, Grubhub had to cancel my order and issue a credit due to the inconvenience. I don 't know what my husband 's obsession with this place is. Honestly, maybe it 's nostalgia, or maybe it 's just the place when he doesn 't want to make a decision. We ordered delivery last week, and I have to admit, the young lady on the phone was not pleasant. It wasn 't a large or complicated order. We both got meatball heroes. So not really long, but she seemed so exasperated and short. Again, the food wasn 't horrible, but it was just ok. The bread was very chewy. The meatballs were good, not dense, but with the chewy bread, I had to just eat the meatballs and cheese. Will we be back? I assume so. They sent a free pizza coupon to me a few months ago because I had just moved to the area, to try out their pizza. Unfortunately I just found it and they refuse to accept it because it's expired. While it's a nice thing that they sent this out, I just feel like they should give you more time to try it out and use it once they send these out, it takes time to move in, settle and unpack, etc. Especially with 2 babies. Just saying.
So disappointed in recent order from your shop. Last night ordered a plain pizza for delivery. We were charged 34.00. The pizza cheese was sliding off and the Dough was so thick we couldn't enjoy it. We also gave a $5.00 tip. We live less than 5 minutes away but didn't feel like taking out the car.. Shame on them. This will be the last time I order from them..

Spent Saturday night with a group of friends at Carlo's pizza oven. Felt like you were in a neighborhood place where The food was great and our waiter was so personable. It felt like home. Made for a real fun night out. Added bonus the Portions were huge so there was lunch the next day.
Overpriced and RUDE!! They yell at local kids for using their front chairs to sit and eat, the same kids that spent money on food there. We teach our kids respect and they were upset how they got treated at a place they can WALK to. We will go to Joes like we always have..
Terrible experience. The pizza was undercooked, extremely thick, way too cheesy, and lacked any sauce. It was such a disappointment that we ended up throwing it away after just a couple of bites from one slice. We ordered a large regular pizza with half meatball topping.
Ordered meals for the family through door-dash and multiple items were missing including No cheese on my chicken parmigiana and 2 other items. We reordered and when they finally got here the second time they messed up the order AGAIN and gave the completely wrong food?

I walked in wanting just one slice of pepperoni pizza, but fell in love with food, quality and customer service within a short amount of time. Can't wait to go back and eat five slices of pepperoni pizza.
Chicken parm slice, white slice and garlic knots all . Loved it all!! People at the counter were super helpful and very nice. Will be back!
