If I could give negative stars I would. This is thee single worst Carl's Jr in the San Fernando Valley. The employees are rude as all get out. Especially in the morning. My husband went to get us breakfast. They open at 6am. At 6:05 the door was stilllocked. They were letting employees in and just sat and looked at my husband as he stood there. The employees were all behindthe counter laughing and talking but couldn't let a customer in? That's one experience. Another time I went to get food. Iordered and asked for the code to the bathroom and was told flat out I wasn't allowed to use it. I was shocked. I literallyturned around, canceled my order and walked out. They are losing good customers...
I visited Carl’s Jr. around 4 PM today and had a very disappointing experience. Both the cashier and the manager were verbally abusive and mocked my disability. When I asked for an advertised item, they rudely refused, saying they didn’t have to honor the promotion. When I explained that refusing a promoted offer is illegal, the manager shockingly told me to call 911 to report her, clearly misunderstanding that 911 is for emergencies, not for complaints like this. Even worse, both the manager and cashier found it funny to ridicule me because of my disability. It’s upsetting that a manager, who should represent Carl’s Jr. positively, behaved so unprofessionally and created a hostile environme...
I wouldn’t recommend coming here. The staff show no accountability for their mistakes and even smirk when you come back to have your order corrected. The cashier, Eduviges, was particularly unprofessional. I had a terrible experience over a simple burger with ketchup, mustard, and pickles, and they managed to mess it up twice.
My experience at Carl's Jr. was very disappointing. The service was poor, and the staff, including the manager, did not meet expectations. There was a noticeable lack of politeness, and they struggled to get our order right.

This is my second time ordering from Carl's Jr., and I must say the food is both delicious and satisfying. It arrived warm and ready to enjoy. Keep up the great work! :)
They have this coupons that comes in your mail, when you come to use them, you're only allowed to use one coupon in your purchase. Better than nothing I guess.
Service was prompt and quick, store was really clean, real comfortable,I would recommend this place to friend's...!!!
I ordered the Loaded Breakfast Burrito Combo with hash rounds and coffee, but it was never served to me.
