I'm not sure what has happened to this location, but the quality has significantly declined over time. I kept hoping that our previous poor experience was just a one-off issue and that our next visit would be better. Unfortunately, that was not the case. We stopped by on our way home after a long, traffic-filled drive from the Bay Area and were served old, stale, cold food. The hamburger buns were so stale that they crumbled as we tried to take a bite. The beef had clearly been cooked well before we ordered and was dry and cold—so cold that the cheese didn't even soften or melt. The lettuce was wilted, with large, bitter pieces mixed in. The service was outstanding! It was prompt, organized, and highly efficient. My order came just moments after I placed it. I asked for extra sauces, including ketchup and mustard, as well as a cup of water, and everything was delivered immediately after my order was ready—no waiting involved. Dining in is wonderful, but if you're in a hurry, I strongly recommend using the drive-thru. Excellent job, night team!

We ordered three regular hamburgers, and they were absolutely delicious. We also shared a small drink, and the total came to only around seven dollars at this Carl's Jr., which is amazing. It's a perfect spot to grab a quick snack while on the road.

The food was cold, and when I opened the box, gnats flew out. Everything was just bad. They messed up my order the last three times. I'm so done with this place. Even though it’s close to my job, I’ll be going to the taco truck nearby instead.
