I used to go to Carl's Jr. at 110 Hicckey Blvd. in So. S.F. long ago. It was good back in 2001 I never had a complaint to make. Now 3/26/23 it's not the same. Whoever is the new owner is CHEAP! Thin meat patties. The meat was burnt and tasted old. I was sick that night with this old meat. Horrible I'll never go back to give my money to this cheap owner. I ordered a double cheeseburger. The meat was thin, old and burnt with only one piece of cheese. To the new owner. YOU NEED TO STEP UP AND BE BETTER IN GIVING OUT BETTER HAMBURGERS TO PEOPLE. YOU ALSO NEED TO HIRE CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE WHO KNOW HOW TO SPEAK CLEAR ENGISH.
used to be good. not sure what happened. ordered a number 1 with coke off the broiler. most Carl 's Jr I go to the meat sits around( just like this one does) she can scream it fresh all the time but when you bite into it and it doesn 't get all over your face( because the juicy burger is now a dried up piece of meat with NO juice) and it was up in less than 2 minutes, plus the coke I ordered was a cup filled with the most ice I have ever had in a coke! and no fries. I said I ordered the number one she says you didn 't say combo we you know what I say one less shitty carls jr to eat at.
I received an email offering a free sandwich with a purchase, so I thought I'd place an order online. However, I found out that they don't accept online orders. I then called the restaurant and was told that they would honor the email offer. When I arrived, though, my request was denied, even after confirming it over the phone. To make matters worse, I was taken aback by the high prices—almost on par with a full-service restaurant. I can't recommend this place. One star.
I hadn’t visited a Carl’s Jr. in a while, and past trips to their Sacramento spots had left me underwhelmed. But this location truly impressed me. I got a double cheeseburger, made fresh as I waited, with only a short wait time. The burger was delicious and cooked perfectly. The onion rings were outstanding, as always, and my drink was great. Even the chicken stars were tasty. I can’t recommend this place enough—it completely surpassed my expectations!

Carl's Jr has always been one of my top fast food choices, and I definitely favor this location over the one on Junipero Serra. Their sides—fries, zucchini, and onion rings—are consistently fresh, and you can tell by the quality of the oil on your takeout bag. If you want a low-carb option, I highly recommend the lettuce wrap; they make it better than any other fast food chain. Also, be sure to try the house sauce—it’s much better than ranch!
Spent $50 on 2 spicy chicken sandwiches and two California style burgers and 4 crinkle fries and six chicken strips. Me or my kids didn't like any of it. The chicken sandwich had no flavor to it. The hamburger was just as plain. I will never go back to Carl's Jr. I don't know if it's just this location but I refuse to go back to any.
The food was tasty but it was not what we ordered. The lady running register couldn't understand us, and we had to repeat ourselves multiple times, and we STILL got the wrong food.
I really like Carl's Jr., but I want to mention that this location closes at 10 PM, not 11 PM. I've come by several times only to find it closed.

The chicken tenders were incredibly tender! They had a great Western flair along with a classic taste that was truly delightful!
The food is excellent, and the prices for lunch offer great value.
