Horrible customer service and the worst experience ever. I ordered my food on a mobile app and they refused to give me my order and told me they didn?t have it even though my card was charged. I tried showing my receipt and asking for a manager which I wasthen shewed away and they told me to call the police because I wasn?t getting my food (I was literally nothing but polite tothese people and just wanted my food or my money back The police ended up getting involved and what do you know, as soon asthey come, they now have my food ready and it had been ready for over 40 mins which is when I had arrived to the restaurant inthe first place. We were charged nearly $12 for a cheeseburger and when I brought it to their attention, they only offered to refund $1.69. The service was terrible and I will never dine here again. The food was not even tasty.

carls jr. almost never disappoints regardless of the situation. they are one of the standard bearers in almost food Burger game and a bite from a double western bacon cheese burger is all they need to know why

This restaurant is a complete scam. They charged me 8 dollars for a Big Carl burger that was extremely small. I've had kids' meals that were bigger than this. I will never be going back here again.
