I was order #34, and they had already called up to #43 before I went to the counter to request a refund. Martha did her best, but the manager on duty on September 20, 2022, at 8:09 am was not friendly at all. I also overheard that my simple order of two sandwiches and hash browns wasn't even on the monitor. Unfortunately, neither employee offered an apology for the inconvenience. However, I did receive a refund.
I tried the Star Junior cheeseburger, and it was pretty good. When I asked the cashier for her burger recommendation, she honestly said she doesn’t eat burgers, which I appreciated. I didn’t have high expectations, but I was grateful for a peaceful moment to unwind and enjoy my meal before my flight.
The service was disappointing, and the food did not meet my expectations. The staff seemed inattentive, making this my least enjoyable visit to Carl's Jr. I would suggest avoiding this location and opting for nearby alternatives like Subway or McDonald's instead.
The staff didn’t let me know the ice machine was broken, so I ended up with a warm soda. The chicken tenders were undercooked, and the burger patty was incredibly thin with a cardboard-like texture, making it impossible to eat. Overall, a $20 waste. Réservez une table maintenant
