On occasions when I have gone to this location for food for my elderly father the hamburger buns are smashed and pale and they give you one broken up lettuce and one with a tomato and by the time I get home it's such a disappointment it's ridiculous and I specifically asked them for fresh food but by the time I open it up it the hamburger actually looks raggedy and the french fries look like they've been sitting there for a while and I will never allow my 85-year-old father to have a meal from Carl's Jr again they need to fire every employee and get new people there that knows how to put a decent hamburger together and fresh order of french fries with all of the money a customer have to pay
Person in front of me was understandably frustrated when the cashier could not give correct change $4 and change took like 6 minutes and 3 people). Took our order fine. But food wasn't great. The new wraps the have are not good. I ordered a Santa Fe wrap and it was a small tortilla with a cold chicken strip in in and a little lettuce. That's it. The fries were not full and barely warm.
0 if I could give A 0 I would give a 0 just spent my lunch Waiting on my order. Watching everybody else in the restaurant eat Just to have to Go to the counter and get a refund because my 1 hour lunch was over And even if they had presented me with my order at the time I was asking for a refund I would not have had time to sit down and eat
I can't believe they charge $17.00 for a chicken sandwich combo that comes with a small Strawberry Shake! That's outrageous! The place at Manzanita and Winding Way is just not worth it. Save yourself the trouble and skip this fast food experience—it's nothing but a rip-off. Just have a meal at home instead.

This has been the best fast food spot I've encountered because the staff is consistently friendly. You can genuinely feel that they enjoy serving you. It's the kind of experience that isn't always guaranteed but deserves recognition. I can confidently say I've always been treated very well here.
Although the food is very good the service was terrible. We went through the drive thru and the ordering process was automated witch made ordering very difficult. Then the employees greeting was $38.42. proceeded by him shoving drinks in my hands. Wow this was a horrible service!!!
Went thru the drive thru and they had a computer taking my order. First it didn't understand my question then it didn't place my order. Get rid of the computer and keep the person working.
