POOR! Bought food here with my family and ran inside to use restroom with our kids and they didn?t have no sign on the womens stating it was only for employees so when walking in we asked for the code to use restroom and they gave it to us while rollingtheir eyes then when asked about the code for womens they said it?s closed for Employees only when they seen my child begging touse the bathroom!
I just ordered through the drive-thru at Carl's Jr. and felt the need to share my experience. The employee who assisted me was extremely polite and professional. When I had questions about the menu, he provided clear explanations without any sass or sarcasm. His name was Justin, and he really made my day! Thank you for the excellent service—it's a refreshing change after a long day.

The only reason I buy their oversalted, 20 ingredient fries and their reheated burgers is because my husband likes it. Also, a lot of mistakes on orders over the years and I don't deviate from the menu so no clue why. This time I was charged for anadditional chicken sandwich, which I caught on time. It's Carl's, nothing special about it. Except if you buy the breakfast burger! That's all I stop for, mostly every morning. Who needs McDonald's right?
Drive through was horrible ???? They didn't take my order. Very disappointing. I went inside to place my order. I was not happy ????
Typical fast food. Very slow service even when there's no other customers waiting.
