The food was quite enjoyable, but I observed that there were only two employees managing both the drive-thru and walk-in customers. This seems like insufficient staffing, especially considering it was 7:00 p.m. on a Sunday evening. I believe that with more staff, they could have easily achieved a five-star rating. That said, I want to give special recognition to the cashier. She truly went above and beyond for us, demonstrating great politeness and professionalism despite what was likely a tough situation. Hats off to her!
They close at some random time around 2 am. If you're waiting in the drive thru line they will tell you at the order speaker that they just closed...The computers are down till 4 am will be their excuse.If you back up your car to leave after waiting so long to order they will come out of the restaurant and yell at you and take pictures/video with their phones.They reopen around 5 am or so.This was a new taste of Carls Jr. I never expected.
The food is very good for the price, but I was disappointed by the "open 24 hours" sign. I stopped by on my way to work around 2:30 am, and on my last two visits, either their system was down (which seems to happen often) or they had already closed after serving their last customer. Is it possible that the new staff believes an 18-hour day qualifies as a 24-hour operation?
I go there for the breakfast burritos, I always have bacon in my burrito and I never seem to say it enough to make sure it's crispy. They are the only Carls that listens to me. I have brought burritos back countless times for it not being crispy. This location always listens. Thanks Carl's for me being extra picky..

We didn’t receive our full order this time, and this is the second time this has happened with the delivery service. We really enjoy dining at Carl's. My sons loved it there, and now their kids do as well. It would be helpful if the delivery staff could double-check the orders to make sure everything is correct.
This is one of the better cargls Jr's I've been to the food was fresh the lettuce was crispy not wilted the drive thur was fast and courteous I would recommend this Carl's Jr's anyday
The employee working the night shift seemed hesitant to take my order because she was about to go on her break. It appears that they need to hire more staff.
Food was fine. But employee should be masking up if they're serving the public. For everyone safety. Isn't that what's important. I have to where I work.

Night shift is quick.. lines arnt long.. and food doesn't come out like jack in the box.. tasting like it's been there since yesterday morning..
The service was swift, and the staff were非常 polite.
