On 10-06-22, Amparo provided fast and friendly service that really stood out. This location definitely needs more employees like her! The service was quick and always delivered with a smile. I tried the new $5 Double Slider Meal, which was pretty good, and everything arrived exactly how I like it—piping hot. I was so full that I ended up giving my cookie to a sweet elderly lady. I don’t understand why this place only has a 3.6-star rating because every visit I’ve had great service and delicious food. I returned again on 6/26/18, and everything was perfect once more. I love that my food is always served hot. One drawback is that I wish I could substitute fries for zucchini since I’m on dialys...
Yikes. What a mess. This is the worst fast food places I've ever been. 1. Service is slow, even when it's not busy (It took them 15 minutes to make one sandwich) 2. The beverage machine didn't work even though they knew about it and still charged mefor a drink. 3. The cashier can't speak English so you have to order by saying a menu number (seriously, if you have a frontfacing position, being able to communicate with clients is important) 4. The food itself was dripping wet with grease whichtells me they don't clean their kitchen at all. 5. The portions are small. They charged me $11 for a sandwich and a drink that Icould have gotten across the street at the gas station for $6. I really hope...
The food at this Carl's Jr. is as delicious as at any other location. However, the restaurant itself feels somewhat outdated. The drive-thru experience is unusual, with cones directing traffic, and the end of the line is right by a door where an employee comes out to take your order. There's a sign suggesting you honk when you're ready, but I found that unnecessary. Additionally, there was no menu displayed outside. We placed our order and waited near the door, which seemed to lead to the kitchen, releasing a somewhat enticing aroma. Overall, the food was good, and the service was very friendly.
I had a wonderful experience at Carl's Jr. The food was expertly prepared, and the service was fast. I ordered the California Burger Combo, and it was absolutely delicious. The fries were hot and fresh, which was a nice bonus. I also tried the $2.50 jalapeño burger, which was tasty, although I would have liked a little more heat. The soda machine was clean, and the drinks were refreshing, unlike at some other places I've visited. The overall atmosphere was tidy, and the staff was friendly. I would definitely recommend this restaurant and look forward to returning!

At Carl's Jr., the tenders were tough and overcooked. Additionally, the bathrooms were unclean, with toilet seat covers scattered across the floor. The overall experience was disappointing despite the menu offering a variety of options.
Feel terrible about the three stars because the gentleman that served us was gracious and really attentive. That said, the food was slop. Just gross. Barely edible.
The burger was fantastic, and the delightful young Hispanic woman was certainly a standout!
The food was tasty, but I found the prices to be a bit too high for my liking.
