If I could give no stars I would. I ordered the new battered chicken sandwich and the 3 strip chicken. The chicken sandwich was only trash worthy, it was burnt on the outside and tough on the inside. The strips looked like calamari, it was just like crispyburnt skins or something. No chicken breast to be found. They didn't have the special that had just came out on TV, they didn'thave the spicy chili sauce that is advertised. 20 dollars later and I got a shake that was consumable, although the lid lookedlike it was recycled... Never again will I go back
The Beyond Famous with cheese was so delicious that I went to another Carl's Jr. for dinner and ordered it again. When the Beyond Burgers first launched, I found them just okay, but whatever changes they made have really improved the flavor. This is now my go-to order, and I even prefer it over the Impossible Whopper. The staff provided excellent, fast service, and I received exactly what I ordered, which is always appreciated.
I visit this location occasionally, and I have to commend them for their lettuce-wrapped burgers. Unlike other places where they can be messy and not enough lettuce to hold everything together, the Stine and White Lane location gets it right. I always enjoy my meal here, and it consistently looks great.
I had difficulty placing my order because it seemed that many of the staff in Bakersfield, CA, didn't speak Spanish. Most people in this area are bilingual, communicating in both Spanish and English.

The staff at Carl's Jr. forgot my french fries on order 211932 at store 1100419, customer 65. When I called to report the issue, they hung up on me. Very unprofessional.
Joseph took my order but got it completely wrong. Then Fabian, the supervisor, seemed totally clueless. The service was awful.
The food was fantastic, the service was prompt, and the staff were all incredibly friendly.
