The service at Carl's Jr. leaves much to be desired, but I'm giving it 5 stars because my takeout orders have always been accurate and the food is consistently excellent. They really need to improve their service; otherwise, customers will start voicing their concerns. I can manage, but many people are more sensitive to these issues, so I hope corporate can address this.
At this Carl's Jr. location, my usual order costs nearly $5 more than at the Carl's Jr. near my home. The menu prices are noticeably higher, and the restaurant feels somewhat dirty with poor service. I’m not willing to pay 25% extra for a subpar experience.
No restrooms available because of maintenance? That's just an excuse. Are the employees not allowed to wash their hands? This place definitely needs a health inspection!
The service isn't actually too bad and these guys were fairly fast, but the food here is almost always bad. Burgers were overcooked to the point of being Réservez une table maintenant
Although this location was short-staffed, the two employees managed to handle everything well. I really appreciate Kevin's friendly customer service!
The food is fantastic—every sandwich and burger is juicy and crispy, with fresh-tasting ingredients. Don't miss out on the jalapeño poppers!
