Today, I ordered some classic Dominican dishes—beans and chicken—but sadly, the rice I received was the hardest I’ve ever encountered. I used to frequent 3 Corners, but I decided to try this place since it’s just a short walk from my house. Unfortunately, I was disappointed. Not only was the rice hard, but the staff also needs to improve their customer service; they didn’t acknowledge me until I asked for assistance. Honestly, I’m surprised they have so many positive reviews, which was one of the reasons I chose to dine here, but I left feeling let down. Maybe I’ll give them another chance in the future.
The food here is disappointing, particularly the rice, which is consistently hard. Additionally, the staff is extremely rude; you walk in and they don’t even acknowledge you. You end up just standing around until they finally decide to make eye contact. The customer service is nonexistent! I definitely can't recommend this place. Save your money and go elsewhere, like 3 Corners, which I highly recommend!
GENERAL I ordered was authentic and just so delicious. Food is of course better just bc they make the food fresh. For a walk in orders, they have made ready food warmer and that sits all day (I am sure the taste is still delicious) but I definitely recommend in. Nice, cozy seating. No private parking.
Pollo guisado was delicious. I got the large and I felt like I was having a feast! Thank you carmen you made my day at work. The food tastes like it was made with love, like youre at your friends house and his mom makes you dinner. Highly recommend

Very good services, clean and friendly too. I ordered a hearty homemade style beef soup. It warmed up my heart real quick. I ordered a large size which ended up being overwhelming a lot that I packaged half of it to-go. Definitely recommend.
This was absolutely terrible. The chicken pieces were essentially burnt bones and scraps. The rice tasted stale, as if it had been sitting out all day. The beans were also disappointing, lacking flavor and being too watery. What a letdown!
the mangu con los tres golpes???? AMAZING!!! those empanadas are 2 die 4!! plus a good sweet passion fruit juice 2 wash it down: definitely recommending this place
Great food and opens early. Family owned and operated. Very clean as well. Staff is also friendly
