As someone with over ten years of experience in the food and beverage industry, I typically try to avoid leaving negative reviews. However, in this particular case, it is necessary. I had made a reservation for two people on a Saturday while in town for my daughter's volleyball tournament. Unfortunately, the restaurant did not honor our reservation and we ended up waiting over 30 minutes for a table. Feeling frustrated, we decided to dine elsewhere. While I have had positive experiences with other locations of this restaurant in the past, I cannot recommend making a reservation at this specific location as it appears to be a pointless endeavor.
This is by most the WORST customer service I have had. I waited at the front for over 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged that I was there. The waiter Katrina came to the table 20 mins later just to rush us for our order, slam drinks on the table, tellus the sprite should tast good because she poured Sierra Mist out the can, not speak, didn’t clean the table, suckteeth….shall I go on?? Just horrible!!! She definitely shouldn’t be the face of the company because she don’t care. I willNever eat here again and will be sure to tell everyone especially if she is still working here
I needed a location for a LARGE group (25+ Carolina Ale House was the only restaurant out of the 15 that I called that was able to accommodate our party. The manager, Will Leigh were extremely pleasant to work with Will came by to make sure we hadeverything that we needed. Our 2 servers were also top notch. They were wonderful people made sure we were all satisfied w/ourorders. The food was great there were no complaints from anyone within our group. I would HIGHLY recommend using this locationfor any large groups!!! I will definitely keep coming back here.
Today, a group of six of us went out to eat. Four of us received our food in a timely manner, but the man and I only got our food after everyone else had finished. My plate was so hot that the server had to warn me not to touch it. The food had been sitting under a heat lamp for so long that the fries were cold and the chicken tenders were hard to eat. The atmosphere was nice and the server was friendly, but overall the dining experience was very disappointing. I would recommend saving your money and eating somewhere else.

Came in for a takeout order , my first time visiting this spot . Great ambiance and customer service. We waited about 30 mins for food prob was pretty busy. Came home and nachos were separated from toppings which is great so the nachos don’t get soggybut no chicken. Checked receipt and was charged for it. Was after midnight so could not drive back to restaurant. Sammie wasgood. Got the chicken avocado Sammie.
Just got home with my take out. I watched a bartender move my food around to, break down beer boxes, and fill ice while my food sat there getting cold. Then had to ask the other bartender if it was my food after I paid with her. To top is off I get homeand something’s missing from my meatloaf. Like no gravy, no onion straws. Not a good look…
our waitress appeared very new at the work of a table of 8. never a single dirty jar or glass from our table removed and our tickets brought to us as soon as our food was delivered. we rejected the tickets and demanded more drinks. other waiting employees had to look for filling for water.
Our server seemed to be inexperienced in handling a table of 8. She did not clear any dirty dishes or glasses from our table and brought our bills as soon as our food was served. We declined the bills and asked for more drinks. We had to ask other staff for water refills.

I had a reservation, but they didn't seem to have any record of it when I arrived. Unfortunately, we were unable to dine there and had to find another restaurant instead. They mentioned that they do not use a reservation app.
Service was good the food was great. They were short-staffed and still got our food out in a timely manner. You're good the bartender was so friendly.
