Didn't care for this location or the food. The calamari was dry and overcooked. The mashed potatoes were over season and horrible to taste. I truly believe it was just this location because we have good hot food from other locations in Florida. During lunch time, our waiter was very slow and the place was not busy. We had to ask over and over for things we needed. We will not return to this location. Hope your experience will be better than the one we had.
My family and I stopped in to Carrabba’s Italian Grill (North Dale Mabry location) and could not have been more pleased with our experience. The atmosphere was pleasant and comfortable. The meal was excellent the Blackberry Sangria was delightful and came highly recommend by our server Noelle. We thoroughly enjoyed meeting Noelle and our dining experience was greatly enhanced by her professional and personable service.
my friend and I met for lunch. we had half the restaurant for us. service was fantastic. our waitress was friendly and helpful. that was wonderful. our only problem was the walk to the entrance was so long because they were directed to the doorstep instead of the parking door. we were allowed to leave the parking door, which facilitated us the dinge.
