We had the best experience at this location! We?re from LosAngeles and we?re here to go on a cruise. The restaurant was highly recommended by others in our cruise group. Our server, Angelique, was the best! She was very attentive, polite and professional. The food was delicious, the dessert called John Cole was the best. The cheese cake was huge (enough for 2 people). My husband would disagree ?. But the highlight was the Blackberry Sangra!! They make it fresh daily and the four of us drank two pitchers!! Hats off to Sammy, the manager! His restaurant is top notch.
I have been a customer of Carraba?s for 10+ years. I have never had any issues and have had great service always. I have always dined in, but since the pandemic I have been ordering curbside and the have also never had any bad experiences. I was a bit disappointed when I ordered my usual from this location (Pollo María dish) and the chicken was completely raw. The dish has prosciutto stuffed in the chicken, so I am never alarmed by any pink. But this was completely raw chicken breast. I?m so glad I did not take a bit because I would?ve definitely gotten sick!
I'm obsessed with the chicken wings! They are fried beautifully and it has a sweet flavor. The staff was nice and the place is pretty. I'm not a fan of their prices but I understand ???? Food overall was good! I do wish the bulgolgi entree was served with some kind of yum yum or white sauce.
Same chain different location. Service, decor and food were as expected exceptionally great. We had a wonderful late dinner. Food presentation and quality was wonderful. This chain never disappointed us. We have no problem recommending it.

Bonchon was really good! The pork buns and the bulgogi were awesome. Only wish I had order the Korean Fried Chicken. Had other guest tell me how awesome it was. Staff was great and gave great service. Wish they had a location near me!
Wow. The service was just okay, and some of the food, like the chicken, was lukewarm. The manager came out, but by then it had been a while since we started our meal, and I couldn’t finish mine. So overall, I'm not sure what to think.
we first tried to bonchon completely in love with chicago. we had to try it at our visit to orlando by miami as it is the only location in florida. wings were delicious crispy, just like those we had in chi city
