Mike has a hidden gem with his restaurant. The sandwiches here have the best meats, all roasted by himself. The sausages are also made by him. He doesn't need to criticize other delis because some of them are his bulk meat customers. Today I tried the house specialty Tri Tip (I would have gotten the REAL Crab if it were Friday). It was delicious as always, and you can taste the quality of the meat and veggies. I could keep talking about how good it is, but I am a satisfied repeat weekend customer. Carrolls never disappoints. Overall, this was an average sandwich. The bacon was lacking, as was the spice from the jalapeño. I chose not to eat the other half. Im gonna assume they were out of Carrot Bread, because I got two loaves of Banana Bread, but it was delicious nonetheless.
This restaurant is the best Deli/Classic Butcher shop in the Bay Area! The blackened Hanger steak, tri tip sandwich, and crab sandwich are all amazing! You can't go wrong with the stuffed pork chops or the rack of lamb. I am a fan for life!
I discovered this delicious deli and ordered three sandwiches! They were amazingly tasty!!! Yum!!! Mike was very friendly and helpful. I can't wait to come back and eat here again. I wish we lived closer!

I ordered from this restaurant for the first time and I couldn't be happier! The food arrived quickly and was incredibly tasty.
Do not rely on them for any modifications. There were a total of three mistakes in my order, although I only ordered two items.
Damn! This place is good. The sign intrigued me and the smell lured me in. Sample their tri tip, had to buy two! (lol)
