The food is tops. Two issues I have: (1) My biggest complaint is ALWAYS customer service. Walk in 6-7 or more people in back NO ONE up front. Always one sitting on a counter in front of window back to it of course. Call in or online orders you still have to wait in some sort of loosely joined line of ordered ordering. THATS after some comes up front! (1a) The people answering the phones act like Forrest Gump learning to use a PC. However, this excepting the short, young, black female who’s dynamite. We read about Cars today and couldn't believe we never went here before. Been living in Montclair for 10 years. So many fat sandwiches we could have consumed in that time! They were fantastic! The milkshakes were really good too which was a surprise. I rarely find a place that can make a good milkshake that isn't an ice cream parlor. I don't know what rock I have been living under but I never knew what a fat sandwich was. Whomever created them is a genius wizard. Complete hack job operation. Will completely screw up your order because reading the ticket is not a prerequisite for geting paid to work there. Ordered for 3 through GrubHub and they messed up 2 out of the 3 orders, I paid for items I didnt receive and was told to go to Grub Hub for my complaint by a real prize named Asia. She was the manager yet lacked the most basic of customer service abilities. Sassy as can be even though clear as day her staff (who was laughing in the background as she was on the phone with me) messed up my $40 order. I will never order from this place again as Im sure their food safety is about as diligent as their horrendous customer service.
I used to really enjoy this restaurant, but my last visit has left me feeling disappointed. The fries I ordered were unseasoned and soggy, and the buffalo wings lacked enough sauce, tasting like plain chicken. The Mac and cheese bites were also disappointing, as the outside was hot and cooked, but the inside was cold. Considering the high prices, it's a shame that the food quality has declined. I didn't want to return to complain, so I'm sharing my experience here instead.

everything was very underwhelming, i asked for my wings crispy and received the complete opposite, i feel shorted on the fries, in the photo that’s all i received, and the wings lacked flavor and lacked the sauce i requested. i would’ve give 2 stars if i wasn’t over charged for a processing fee that i tried to avoid by paying cash. this really disappoints me because i used to love ordering from cars, now i don’t know if i could say the same
I tried a burger from this place and it was awful. I ordered inside and was told it would be ready in 10-15 minutes, so I waited outside. However, it took longer than expected, but that's not a big deal. The burger arrived cold, with a soggy bun and cold meat. It was a terrible experience. I do not recommend this place.
Excellent food, looks strange at first but surprisingly they pull it off. I’ve been here 3 times already and have only had good experiences with this place. The staff is very friendly and by how it looks on the inside they do take out. Definitely a great spot if you’re feeling something new and crazy!
I'm sure it would be nice if it were open in time. Local high school lunch begins at 10:46 and ends at 11:46. Place is 11 open. So basically there is a line of 20 people waiting around 11:15 outside because the place has not even opened yet. Really bad choice.

Will literally never order from this place again. Called over 5 times and each time… the worker picked up the phone and hung it up. They never gave me my drink I ordered. Cars is way to expensive. The lack of customer service is ridiculous.
