I reserved the wrong table for our anniversary dinner (seats at the bar, which isn’t very romantic). When the owner heard that I had screwed up our reservation, which was completely MY responsibility, he made room for us in the dining room at a normal table. They were all booked up for the night, so that was very kind. We loved our dinner!
Classic American dining with a fantastic BBQ experience. The double-cut black buckle BBQ is the best I've ever had. The steaks are also excellent and perfectly cooked. I particularly love their house salad dressing made with chickpeas, though their coleslaw is also very tasty.
We ate at the bar and bartender was not great. Was snippy after asking how are salad and bread is doing after 20 plus minutes. Food great and never had bad service until this time.

We had a great dinner at Carson’s last night with friends. Food is always good and their remodel is very nice. Service was excellent. My favorite is the barbecue pork chop.
The barbecue ribs were large and delicious. The staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was pleasant. We truly enjoyed the entire experience.
