Carson's Ribs, Steaks And Chops

My wife and I went to Carson for our 10-year anniversary dinner and it was not disappointed. The service, food and drinks were all fantastic. We asked our server what we can do after dinner to keep the party. He didn't know, but he said he would find out for us. Shortly after we were greeted by the owner, Dean. We had a big conversation, though he told us that the area didn't have much of a nightlife. We really enjoyed the whole experience here and are happy to eat here again.

The restaurant was rebuilt and NO more outdoor terrace. Great idea so more tables and less waiting. The ride through was also redesigned and works perfectly. Amazing ribs and pulled pig. The chopped liver pãtē is so delicious. They don't give you any more bread. So it had to buy $3 for 4 small slices.

Hands down a favorite place from us to have a wonderful dinner. The ribs are excellent together with the pig's stall as a combo. Staff, atmosphere and music are great. A special thanks to a super waiter Michael E., which we served for dinner. A great advantage for this great restaurant.

Amazing food and amazing customer service!!! I will go back!!! BBQ In Law Plate with twice baked potato. Pork Ribs and Beef Brisket!
