Burgers are everywhere. With so many fast food restaurants that sell burgers, most of the American population is within minutes of a restaurant that sells burgers. They are the All-American food and another thing I like about Burger is that they are one of the few foods that everyone in my family can agree to eat when we dive out. These facts were enough to convince me to try Carters Burger in Bryan, Texas. Carters Burger is an ordinary interior with more seats than expected. You go in, go to the front counter, order and pay for your food, then choose a table and wait until one of the employees bring your food to you. The total time from order to serving is not long and the ice tea is selfish. There's no alcohol served here, but that's okay, we all need a break now and then. For food, Carters Burger specializes in Burger, but they also sell other sorted sandwiches, dinners, sides, etc. I recommend going a burger as they are juicy and tasty without being over the top. The toppings are kept on a simple selection and they are just right. You can order different pages, but I recommend the sweet potatoes. They are better than regular fries and really add to the meal. And prices are very low - about the same as that of a fast food restaurant, but much better. I like most types of food, but burgers are so common that I end up choosing them for my meal more than any other food option. Fast food is good for fast service, but Carters Burger is a lot tastier and it is difficult to beat the price. It is worth going out the way to feed here and it is near College Station. Try to try Carter's Burger - you will not be disappointed.
We’ve been going to Carter Burger since before they remodeled. I have to say the menu was better and the food was of higher quality before they remodeled. On a brighter note the staff is just as friendly as ever, if not friendlier. On our last visit our granddaughter wanted ice cream so we all ordered some and the girls behind the counter told us it was no charge, they had taken care of it. Well no one had ever done anything like that for us and it was very appreciated. Very sweet!
Nice little burger place. Burgers are pretty good. Staff were nice but they restaurant kept running out of everything. First they had no fries, then said that they had no sweet potato fries but they made up for it which was nice. The ice cream Sunday is HUGE! Great for sharing. Everything here is pretty good but just felt like everything was very rushed and panicked about running out of ingredients.
