The ice cream is consistently delicious. There were only two friendly girls working at the restaurant. I've never seen a Carvel so busy that the line extended out the door. It seemed like they were too busy to clean the outdoor tables. Perhaps they could benefit from having an additional staff member. It's convenient that they offer outdoor seating.
A few months ago, I visited this Carvel location and used a gift card, which still has a remaining balance. When I recently returned, the staff didn’t know how to process a transaction with the gift card. It’s clearly a training issue, not the fault of the employees. The ice cream was fine, but the overall experience was disappointing.
The server made a minor mistake with my order, but quickly corrected it. I had requested chocolate ice cream but was initially served vanilla. However, she promptly fixed it and brought me the chocolate I wanted. I was really craving ice cream!
I love taking my girlfriend to this restaurant because they offer delicious ready-to-eat ice cream sandwiches in the fridge. The selection of ice cream flavors is outstanding, and I highly recommend the coconut ice cream. Réservez une table maintenant
I have nothing but positive things to say about Carvel! You always receive exactly what you expect, and the service is consistently fast and accurate. Plus, everything tastes amazing!
