I brought my grandson to Carvel for some ice cream, and he simply wanted a vanilla sundae with one cherry and a drizzle of chocolate syrup. However, the woman at the counter gave him way too many cherries and extra sauce, which wasn’t what we ordered. Because of this, my grandson ended up wearing the ice cream rather than eating it, and he was quite upset about being sticky since he doesn't like that feeling. Carvel’s menu offers great choices, but attention to order details would make the experience much better.
I come in regularly to get a cone dipped with cherry and sprinkles. Today after me getting this no less than 25 times, they brought me out a sprinkle covered cone and said they couldn?t dip it. Forcing me to pay for something i didn?t ask for. I also understand the workers are teenagers but the attitudes are unnecessary as no one was ever rude to them. Disappointed in this location.

I wish Carvel offered a bogo on a smaller sundae ???? than the small because even that size is too much. I also wish the staff would learn the difference between chocolate syrup and hot fudge, they are not the same. I asked for hot fudge and got the syrup ???? more bogo options on novelty items would be great so the ice cream doesn 't melt trying to get it home.

The woman behind the counter thought it would be cute to give my grandson an extrem amount of cherries with sauce. It was not. Mygrandson ended up waring the ice cream rather then consuming it. He was very upset. Being sticky is not his favorite.
Wednesdays at this restaurant are all about sundaes. The amazing staff managed the bustling summer Wednesday evening effortlessly. I’m loyal to them for being the first local spot to reopen during the COVID lockdown. Their innovative efforts to serve the community safely are truly admirable. Thank you, Carvel of East Islip!

Stopped in for a strawberry sundae, the person behind the counter was nice and pleasant. The container was full and well packed. Nothing like Carvel, always a good treat to yourself.
