Carvel - Réserver une table

I brought my grandson to the restaurant for ice cream, and all he asked for was a vanilla sundae with one cherry and a drizzle of chocolate syrup. However, the woman working at the counter decided to give him an excessive amount of cherries with sauce, which was not what we had requested. As a result, my grandson ended up wearing the ice cream instead of eating it, and he was quite upset about being sticky as it is not his favorite feeling.

I come in regularly to get a cone dipped with cherry and sprinkles. Today after me getting this no less than 25 times, they brought me out a sprinkle covered cone and said they couldn?t dip it. Forcing me to pay for something i didn?t ask for. I also understand the workers are teenagers but the attitudes are unnecessary as no one was ever rude to them. Disappointed in this location.

On Wednesdays, it's all about sundaes at this restaurant. The fantastic staff handled the busy Summer Wednesday night with ease. I am loyal to them for being the first local place to open during the COVID lockdown. Their creative approach to serving the community safely is commendable. Thank you Carvel of East Islip!

Convenient location in East Islip, NY. Attentive staff and great selection of ice cream. Great for families or a casual after dinner snack! Ample parking in front of store.

The staff at this restaurant is very welcoming, however, it seems that some could benefit from further training. On a positive note, the ice cream here is delicious.
