"Ordered 2 large ice cream sundaes for my son me and there wasn't even enough ice creamin the cup to go around the edges and it didn't go to thetop. Plus the hot fudge was COLD and clumpy like the machine wasn't even turned on. What a turnoff."

As of late Carvel's devotion to customer satisfaction has plummeted. I went to Carvel to get my family ice cream for dessert, I was met with pure denial for a positive customer experience. The banana barge always came with all the ice cream being softserve, they did not want to honor my request for just that. They had the nerve to tell me no. Am I not the customer? Give mewhat I want, not what you want to sell me. After finally getting my soft serve they were so Stingy with all the toppings.leftstuff off. This franchise needs to back to the way it was. If the customer is willing to pay to get what they want then theyshould honor my request. I think I'll be going to Baskin Robins for my next...

Walked in. Wasn?t even acknowledged. The girl appeared to be cleaning the sink. I asked my husband if she possibly didn?t hear us walk in. (Maybe hearing impaired? At that moment she looked up and she had a phone to her ear! She looked at me, didn?tacknowledge me and continued with her phone conversation! After another full minute, we walked out. I think we only stayed thatlong because we were shocked. Current time 8 pm on Thursday 1/23. Edit at 8:20 Go to the one on Veterans Highway instead! Herenow and they are delightful!!

I used to love coming here, I say ?used to? because I will no longer be getting my ice cream or ice cream cakes here. I ordered 2 sheet cakes for my children?s birthday, I watched the server write down the names and she assured me that they would be correct. My brother grew up in Central Islip, since 1974. As a matter of fact, Bravo used to be King Kullen. Well my brother moved to Texas. He is a contractor. So he is doing contract work in New York. He went to Carvel, located in Motor Parkway and ordered alarge banana milkshake. The lady made the milkshake and he paid over $8. He tasted it and told her this taste like vanilla, notbanana. She gave him a banana and walked him out the door. Their customer service is the worst!

My brother, a longtime resident of Central Islip since 1974, recently visited the Carvel on Motor Parkway, which used to be a King Kullen. He ordered a large banana milkshake, but when he tried it, it tasted like vanilla rather than banana. When he mentioned this to the staff, they simply handed him a banana and showed him the door. The customer service here is definitely disappointing.

The staff at Carvel are consistently friendly, and I've never dealt with anyone rude. That said, I'm here for the ice cream, not to socialize. The ice cream is always tasty, but I have a little suggestion for the manager: please make sure the sundae dashers have alternating layers of candy, ice cream, candy, ice cream, candy, and then topped with whipped cream. Worst carvel I've ever been to. One of the women has attempted to overcharge us several times on items and we refuse to go back. Charging 8 dollars for a ice cream cone with no toppings is unvelievable! Also charged $5 for a side of black cherry topping just because I forgot to ask for it ON the ice cream. Refused to put the topping on the ice cream instead. Never again.
