I had a great experience at this carvel location! I found the whole store to be extremely well looked after and extremely tidy : . I was greeted warmly and experienced above and beyond customer service from the branches manager ?Tea?, she helped me and mychildren out in a swift friendly manner and managed to get all our toppings just right! Thank you to the wonderful manager! I?llbe sure to bring the kids back to this location weekly :
I don't know what happened but the two sundaes we had tasted like chemical. First they said there was no mint then all of a sudden got the machine working. They were not even tolerable to eat. Threw everything in the garbage. Third time ordering fromhere and there's always something wrong. Not attempting here anymore after this awful experience. Eat at your own risk!
I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The entire place was very well maintained and impeccably clean. I received a warm welcome from the branch manager, Tea, who provided fast and friendly service to me and my children. She managed all our toppings perfectly! A big thank you to the wonderful manager! I definitely plan to bring my kids back here every week.

Carvel saves the day!! My custom order edible cake topper ripped... I reached out to Z at Carvel.. Within an hr, he reprinted the picture and gave me all the tools needed to reapply the new topper. The cake came out Fantastic!! Besides delicious ice cream, the customer service is on point!! Thank you for saving my daughter's birthday!! Xo
If there was a zero star that's what this place would get.. I've been to many other carvels and this 1 is the worst hands down. The service was absolutely terrible by a young boy who definitely was not trained well or couldn't bother with working. Carvel is my favorite ice cream but I would never go back to this one.
machines not interested. everything was outside, was charged with the full price for half a sunglass. 5 machines and all of them flashed red. the girl behind the counter didn't matter. will be either frozenside or carvel rwtsc soonwin
Why is the staff asking the customers how to make the specialty sundae advertised in the company website? Ice-cream was good but since the sundae wasn’t made as advertised, dessert was a disappointment. Réservez une table maintenant
