Carvel - Réserver une table

Usually good, but I picked up a cake about 2 weeks ago. Not fresh. Vanilla part tasted off....like freezer burned ice cream. Not something I expect from Carvel...or a close to $30 cake. Things happen, so I called the manager to let him know. He gave me the 3rd degree about the vanilla flavor. He kept telling me they make their cakes fresh, and spoke to me like I was some kind of liar. Finally, he offered, reluctantly, a $5 discount on my next cake purchase. No thank you, I won't chance buying a stale cake for 30 dollars here again, only to be told that it's fresh, and have my guests and I have all agree it is not! I really like this store. It’s clean, tidy, and has a wide variety. They often have some different creative ideas. I can buy different styles every time I go there. Whenever I pass by, I will go into this store to take a look, and every employee is very friendly. Very friendly and patient. My daughter didn't know what to eat. She took her time and didn't rush us. She also very friendly recommended every flavor to the children. The happiest thing today was buying Easter bunnies, four in a box, very cute. It’s so cute that my daughter can’t bear to eat it. The owner of this store is really attentive to his business. I will recommend this store to my friends. It’s worth coming?

placed a telephone order for a special order/customer cake per week in advance, paid via the phone also by card. kuchen was ready for picking up before I needed it and was made exactly as it was requested. details materie and they have not missed a beat! pickup was smooth / easy, the parking is clutch and I appreciate the gastfreundschaft the staff at this place! 5/5

My favorite carvel location! I’ve been coming here for a few years now and i buy all my icecream cakes at this location. The staff are always welcoming and friendly and they have a decent selection for icecream cakes and cupcakes.

I hate this store. Makes me fat. Wish I can burn those delicious ice cream immediately after i eat them. I liked the sesame icecream. Will try other next time.
