We visited this restaurant with my family hoping to end our evening on a sweet note, but it turned out to be one of our worst experiences. They rushed us through the menu as if we were there for free handouts. The staff didn’t even know how to make a sundae. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.
Came to this place with my family wanting to finish our night sweet, but we end up having one of the worst experience , they didn?t give us time to look at the menu they rush us like if getting free stuff . The employee of this place didn?t even knowhow to do a sundae. Very bad place
The service was excellent. I ordered a shake, and the staff was very friendly and patient. They were quick with the orders overall. Great experience!

This is the best carvel in the Bronx bought a Oreo milkshake here one time it was amazing 10/10 and I love there ice cream it?s so tasty
