Carvel Express - Réserver une table

I wish zero stars was an option. Wife and I pulled up tonight at 9:47pm, doors were locked. So we knocked, trying to let the lady know we just wanted a box of ice cream sandwiches. The employee yelled at us, told us they?re closed and to ?go away.? Seems like this is a common occurrence at the Manhasset location. The lady?s attitude, coupled with her incessant hand gestures across her throat telling us to go away, well it tells me this is the most poorly run ice cream shop

As I read other reviews I?m confused because we didn?t have any of their experiences! The worker was very friendly and very helpful! The place was clean and organized They made our custom cake in just 1 day Everyone ate it and we didn?t have any issues, the cake was delicious! We will be coming again soon and thank you for making our sons birthday cake special!

Amazing customer service. The manager Zeeshan was extremely helpful and helped design and make a custom birthday cake for my son for the next day. He even had it ready early. Highly recommend.

best ice cream place ever. i?m not a big fan of ice cream cake but their cakes are delicious! the workers are very nice and respected my child?s allergies. i?m definitely coming back

Please fix your hours on your website. It?s annoying to get in my car, drive down there by 9:30pm only to find the lights off and the door locked. Website says you close at 10pm.
