I wish zero stars was an option. Wife and I pulled up tonight at 9:47pm, doors were locked. So we knocked, trying to let the lady know we just wanted a box of ice cream sandwiches. The employee yelled at us, told us they?re closed and to ?go away.?Seems like this is a common occurrence at the Manhasset location. The lady?s attitude, coupled with her incessant hand gesturesacross her throat telling us to go away, well it tells me this is the most poorly run ice cream shop in NY. The entire state.This place should simply close down and let a local business serve the community properly. Boo, and the ice cream isn?t evenworth an ounce of disrespect.
I am so disappointed. Two weeks ago, I drove a long distance home on a Sunday specifically to get a shake, only to be told, “we don’t have shakes today.” I thought I’d give them the benefit of the doubt, thinking, “It’s Sunday; maybe they ran out of milk.” Fast forward two weeks, I returned on a Friday, and once again, “we don’t have shakes.” This time, they said they were out of milk again. The two customers behind me wanted shakes as well, and they just walked out in frustration. How can you operate an ice cream business without offering shakes? Carvel really isn’t what it used to be…

As I read other reviews I?m confused because we didn?t have any of their experiences! The worker was very friendly and very helpful! The place was clean and organized They made our custom cake in just 1 day Everyone ate it and we didn?t have any issues, the cake was delicious! We will be coming again soon and thank you for making our sons birthday cake special!

Go to another one , the two woman who work there look extremely confused. I asked for a small cone and she gave me half a scoop of ice cream. I asked for a shake and she looked at me like I spoke a different language. And it’s not like they were kids they were grown adults
The owner Zeeshan is very attentive and was helpful in designing a cake for my daughter and son?s birthday. Zeeshan kept me updated with the status of the cake and gave great recommendations on color schematic. Will definitely come back for more cakes and treats.
Exceptional customer service! The manager, Zeeshan, went above and beyond to help create a custom birthday cake for my son on short notice. He had it ready ahead of time, which was fantastic. I highly recommend this place!
Called for 3 days no one answers the phone. Finally got someone who said they open at 11 am on Sunday. Go at 11:10 no one is there and doors are locked. How does a business operate like this
