I ordered the largest cake with a picture from Carvel Ice Cream’s menu for $65. When I picked it up just an hour before the party, I was disappointed to find my daughter’s name misspelled! They tried to correct it, but the fix looked awful, and to make matters worse, I was still charged the full price.
I ordered an ice cream shake, but it was lacking in flavor and contained more ice than anything else. My girlfriend had a hot fudge sundae, but there was no fudge on it, and the ice cream was quite tasteless. It seems like they're skimping to cut costs. We won't be coming back.
This Carvel location is wonderful for families. The staff is extremely friendly and does a great job of keeping the line moving efficiently. My only complaint is the roll-up doors; they create a rather gloomy atmosphere and don't really seem necessary.
Carvel is exactly what it claims to be—a well-run establishment operated solely by the owner, without any additional staff. They offer high-quality, delicious ice cream. While the prices are a bit higher, the quality makes it worthwhile. Réservez une table maintenant
I truly enjoy this place! The staff is exceptionally friendly and always eager to help. The location is awesome, too! There’s a wonderful selection of options, and the service is fast!
The young woman was incredibly friendly. At Carvel, you can always expect a treat with their mouthwatering ice cream and wonderful ice cream cakes!
