The ice cream here is delicious, but I feel like they are charging too much. Today, the ice cream I ordered was priced at $6.99, and with tax, I expected to pay around $7.60. Instead, I was charged $8.23. When I asked the girl who served me about the discrepancy, she couldn't provide an explanation. Since I was paying in cash, there shouldn't have been any additional fees, which they usually apply for card payments. I requested to speak with the manager but was informed that he wasn't there. When I inquired about when he would return, I was told that he comes and goes. I also asked for his name but was told they couldn't disclose that information! I won't be coming back to this location anyt...
I often went to the Wednesdays for the two for a Sundae Special at this point. The service is usually good even if Sunday is not so great. But on this occasion Jose took care of my order. I could see how he took care of the way he prepared the order. The best way to describe it was that they actually saw the pictures you see in the ads. Jose's manner was so pleasant during this day before Thanksgiving, he took his time, made sure that he understood the order and the gates. I know, in the world where we live in all, it's fast to complain, I ask you to compliment Jose.
On March 29, 2024, at 4:18 PM, we received poor service from the staff member who attended to us. He was unfriendly and seemed uninterested in our needs, even packing the cake without writing on it despite our request for it to be personalized. We felt rushed during our visit. When we called for his attention, he remarked that we didn't speak loudly enough. The service was truly disappointing. When we inquired about sorbet, instead of offering it to us, he corrected our pronunciation. Overall, it was a very unsatisfactory experience.
The staff here is incredibly friendly and attentive. I would absolutely return just for the fantastic service. And the ice cream is also a highlight! I highly recommend this place. One employee at the counter stood out as particularly charming, and I might come back just to see her again. The restaurant was very clean and clearly following COVID-19 safety guidelines. Overall, I strongly recommend paying a visit!

Carvel is a small restaurant with only two tables. I felt the prices were somewhat on the higher side. The staff member who took my order was friendly and welcoming. I ordered a birthday cake, which tasted very good. The restaurant was clean, and a major plus is the large parking area available.
Im giving it a 5 star because this place has to be one of the best carvels ive been in the costumer service was at its finest and i got my order really quick. This worker named Erick is top notch he provided my Oreo thick shake in seconds and was sorespectful i had to give a review for .
I ordered a cake week in advance and they make my cake last minute. This plain cake no design no anything . Wow never ordering from here again. This is disgusting. They threw the picture on top of the cake. Like it was nothing. Thanks for ruining mydaughter's birthday
Amazing Ice Cream place in the community. There is a lots of workers in busy days and one worker that helped me out, Erick Lopez, was really helpful and quick with my order. The ice cream was very delicious even if it was quick. Thank you so much!
