The restaurant has a lovely ambiance, clearly a result of significant investment by management. Unfortunately, the food is merely average and definitely not worth the price. It feels like just another casual dining establishment aiming for profit without putting in much effort. The chips and salsa served at the beginning tasted like they came straight from a can and a bag respectively. The beef tacos were barely filled, accompanied by small bowls of bland and lukewarm beans and rice. The fish tacos were somewhat better, but there were only two in the order, and they felt more like dough puffs with a little fish filling. At least they were served hot. I sat on the patio, which had a good amount of spacing for COVID safety. The sun was a bit intense in the early evening, but it was manageable. The atmosphere was fantastic, and the waitstaff were excellent—genuinely cheerful and attentive. The chips were outstanding. Our food arrived quicker than I anticipated, likely because we arrived before 6 PM to avoid the dinner rush. I really enjoyed the experience and would definitely return, but next time I might just share a dish since the chips were so delicious.
The food was fantastic! I tried the pork tacos, and the portions were very generous, making it easy to share or take home leftovers. However, the service left much to be desired. It took about 10 minutes for our waitress to bring our drinks, which included one beer, two waters, and one soda—nothing complicated. We had to check in with her about our drinks, and thankfully, she eventually brought them to us.
Service was great, food was good and hot. I had beef and chicken fajitas. This is my 2nd visit.
