The salsa, chicken tortilla soup, and service here are quite good. The charro beans were decent, but they didn't quite have the Tex-Mex flavor I expected; they tasted more like smoked beans you’d encounter at a BBQ cook-off. Unfortunately, the chicken in the enchiladas was rather bland and flavorless. My photos captured its appearance well—it looked almost grayish-blue in person. The sour cream sauce resembled warm sour cream slathered on top of the enchiladas and was similarly lacking in flavor. The rice was also bland. What a delightful surprise! I was looking for a quick lunch during the lunch hour, and when I arrived, I noticed at least ten people leaving, which was a promising sign. My first impression was fantastic; I was greeted at the door and seated right away—what a relief! The atmosphere was relaxed and had a cool vibe. I’ll definitely miss this place unless more people know about it. The menu had a great variety, and I decided to try the veggie tamales. Wow, they were an excellent choice—some of the best I’ve had! Make sure to order the refried beans, as the charro beans come with meat. The queso was also delicious. Meanwhile, my co-worker opted for a salad.
Yum yum yum!!I went here because I read the reviews and it did not disappoint!! We got the queso and fajitas for two. We now make this a regular date night spot ... however, we have been getting it to go since we have a newborn! And I am happy to say that the to go holds up just as well. Lots of restaurants have an entirely different experience in house versus to go. Service is always great!
We Loved the Feeling of being in a comfortable space; listening to great Bachata music (that makes you want to get up and dance); while eating great traditional Mexican food drinking a well made margarita! We love everyone at the “Los Rios” location! this location treated us the exact same! Awesome vibes! Looking forward to our next happy hour!

I liked the decor of this restaurant. However, the food was not good with the exception of coconut flan (they were out of tres leches) a pina colada, which were both delicious. The sauce on the sour cream enchiladas was not good, and the rice had an odd taste. I think the food was reheated. The service here was pretty good.Food: 2/5
Family owned authentic Mexican food. I always forget about them because they're off a busy street and have an unassuming presence. But enjoyable, not crowded, good basic Mexican food.
Food quality delivers. Service is timely although we always go there at lunch. My staff and myself visit this facility from time to time. It does not disappoint
This is a charming Mexican restaurant that serves delicious, authentic cuisine. However, I would like to see improvements in the decor. Food rating: 4/5.

This is the best Tex-Mex restaurant in North Dallas. Make sure to try the brisket tacos and the chorizo queso. They also serve fantastic margaritas!
Loved the atmosphere, great service, and delicious food. We will definitely be back!!
