Hadn't been to a Casa Ole for a few years, but we took our group of 7 to the location in central mall. We were seated immediately and the waitress was fairly attentive. She kept most of our drinks filled, but forgot to refill waters. I couldn't help but notice that she took all 7 of our orders without writing anything down. I don't know if she forgot or if the chef did, but they served several of my friends food they were allergic to, over simply not taking or getting the order correctly.
