Absolutely terrible customer service, felt ignored, waited a long time to order, starters and mains came at the same time then we were rushed to eat as if they wanted to close the section at 8pm on a Saturday night, never asked if we wanted drinks and not offered a dessert menu. The cheek to charge those prices for such low quality food. The food was disgusting. it’s on par with Pizza Hut. don’t waste your money. would never ever go here again, the entire table agreed it was one of the worst meals out had in a long time. massive regrets choosing Casa Roni. Most possibly one of the best meals I've ever had and the wine is fantastic! The only thing I would say is that it is a bit pricey (my bill for one person was £60), but other than that, it is a fantastic restaurant and the food is 10/10! Very happy. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Again, an absolutely fantastic meal especially the lasagne. Cooked to perfection. Staff are brilliant and we’ll keep coming back.
