Es un restaurante al que llevo yendo mucho tiempo, me lo recomendaron y desde entonces es un habitual en mis escapadas a la sierra de Madrid. Con este nombre imaginaros cual es la especialidad, lo habéis acertado, las anchoas. Son sublimes, tienen 3 tipos todas magnificas. Además de ellas tienen una carta extensa en verduras a la plancha y ensaladas. Y luego como no, carnes a la parrilla y chorizo, morcilla y butifarras a la barbacoa. Para los menos carnívoros también cuentan con pescados a la parrilla o placha. Y en tema postres, no os podéis ir sin probar las milhojas. Ya no está abierto el restaurante original, pero tienen un barecito en la Plaza de Los Molinos muy simpático donde se pueden comprar y consumir sus famosas anchoas y también hay otro restaurante que lo sustituye en Alpedrete, al lado de la estación de Tren. Fuimos a comer y como en el antiguo una carne muy buena y buena relación calidad precio.
