I don't normally write a review before I have experienced the persons service but in this case I feel compelled to. A few months ago I wrote Hector about catering a VIP event for me. He was extremely responsive and quick on the email and worked to help me put together the event. As I was confirming everything with all vendors I realized I put the wrong date in! With a week to spare Hector came to the rescue and changed everything! His communication is outstanding! Soooo- fast forward to today when we had the event! This review is for the Casanova fish taco tent set up at my company's parking lot for taco Tuesday. Generous size and filling portion in the tacos, great flavors, and super efficient and friendly service. I came out of a meeting and went to line up for some tacos, while the line was long and growing, Casanova had 3 people cooking and dishing up the taco plates, so it moved quickly. Of the options (Baja fish, chicken, ginger fish, chipotle fish, or veggie), I selected two: Baja and ginger and asked for mild in spiciness. Loved both! Casanova Fish Tacos was the ideal catering choice for our corporate event. Hector was incredibly communicative and tailored the menu to accommodate various dietary preferences. He even visited the venue in advance to confirm that there would be enough space for setup and was very accommodating with our schedule. On top of all that, the food was OUTSTANDING. Without a doubt, some of the best fish, beef, and vegan tacos our team has ever tasted. Many guests remarked that they were the BEST tacos they had ever experienced. It was a perfect match for our event, and we are truly grateful for all the effort put in by the Casanova team.

Our experience was fantastic from beginning to end. My wife and I hired Casanova Fish Tacos for our rehearsal dinner, and they exceeded our expectations! Hector is an absolute professional. From the tasting to his prompt responses to our emails leading up to the event, every interaction was excellent. And of course, the tacos were incredible—don't miss out on the ginger taco! As an appetizer, we enjoyed ceviche, and for dessert, there were churros that I wish I had eaten more of—they were absolutely fantastic. Hector's professionalism and communication skills were impressive both before and during the event. From now on, I'll be choosing Hector for all my catering needs. I highly recommend Casanova Tacos!
Hector and his crew are amazing! Very professional, arrived on time, served the agreed upon time and cleaned up quickly. The Baja Fish Tacos are the best I've had. Rare to get that from a caterer in a city park! Definitely not you average taco truck. Restaurant quality. Worth every penny. Don't forget the churros too!
The food was amazing! Hector was so easy to work with and he made sure everything ran smoothly. Everything was ready to go on time and our guests, not only loved the tacos, but they were impressed with the portions. I highly recommend Hector and Casanova Fish Tacos!

His pop up and catering events are top notch experiences! Authentic from tortillas to tacos!! He uses the freshest proteins from the best vendors! Hope he opens a brick and mortar location soon!!!
