We only received four tortillas with the meal, and they were cold. The service was equally disappointing. The employees seemed more interested in staring at customers than providing service; we caught them looking our way several times, which made us very uncomfortable. The atmosphere was anything but welcoming. At the register, there was a young girl who looked sad and had no customer service skills. We also noticed a very pregnant woman cleaning and serving, which made us feel uneasy for her. Throughout our visit, none of the staff smiled, not once!
If you're searching for trash bins after your meal, there's a small white one behind the register. I really hope they can turn things around...
I order online for pick up every week for my co workers so they won't need to. Our orders are usually huge. By far this restaurant was the best!!! They are precise, friendly and prompt. Our orders were prepared how we asked. I would definitely recommend this establishment to everyone I know. I would try the chicken combo with ribs! Thank you to the staff for working so hard to make everything perfect. We will definitely order here again!
We all ordered the combo meals with chicken, ribs, regular side, and drink... The grilled chicken is delicious, and I opted for the breast and wing... Lots of meat and delicious especially with the BBQ sauce! They also have hot sauce and both sauces are delicious on the ribs too! Place is somewhat hidden in the Walmart/Sam's Club shopping center, but worth the visit! Recommended!
The food is consistently excellent whenever we visit. I particularly enjoy the chicken mozzarella wrap, fruit salad, and cucumber salad. The macaroni and cheese is also quite tasty. The only downside is that the nutritional information for the menu items isn't easily accessible in-store or on the website, which can be a challenge for those of us trying to stick to our diets!

I ordered the Tuesday daily special, which includes a side and a drink. The main dish, the avocado chicken wrap, was quite refreshing and delicious. The food was served quickly, and the cashier was friendly and helpful. I also want to highlight that the location is very clean, although it wasn't too quiet. Overall, I'd rate the food 4 out of 5.
Nevada Chicken Cafe is my go to spot to get my fix for bbq ribs. The dry rub on their BBQ is great, the smokiness permeates throughout the ribs and they are very tender. My 2 year old literally cleans the bone Lol. We also love the sides options, Macaroni and Cheese, the baked beans and the salad bar. Always great and speedy customer service.
Was on my way to Chipotle but made a last minute decision to go here. Ordered half rack and 1/4 chicken, way too much for me at $30. Any grocery store chicken was better in flavor and tenderness. The ribs were tough and had no flavor except salt. Two other customers were in there at around 530pm. BK within a year.
This restaurant used to be a great spot for dinner, but that's no longer the case. The ribs were just bones with a hint of flavor. The chicken wasn’t terrible, but it definitely doesn’t compare to how good it used to be. I can't recommend it anymore.

Wow! Delicious. Rub is very good, had me eating the skin. Fruit salad was fresh. Will eat here again.
