Recently I stayed for my birthday and was completely disappointed. Save your upgrade fees as The Rush “Trenquility” room is anything but calm, we were at 6 o'clock from clanging and banging garbage dumpers drained both morning. The safe has imprisoned us unintentionally and it literally took 4 phone calls to the reception, and two trips down for security to finally unlock it two hours later. Customer service is completely downhill. Although nothing is “suitable” on room requests, not one of my requests was honoured, very disappointed, especially as we often come here and let them know that we celebrate my birthday! Dinner was perfect from the start got right in for our reservation. View was amazing even offered a bigger table with a better view after it had opened up. Our servers name was Donnie (Donny)? He was seriously amazing the most professional service I have ever received and that says a lot coming from the industry myself! I would 100% go back to try other dishes off the menu! But the calamari, crab cake, and oysters were fantastic! I was stuffed before my dinner!

Our food was amazing. We split a bowl of exquisite lobster bisque with a very nice note of Sherry I had the shrimp and scallops, we split the sealed ahi, and the cream spinach. All were very good. My boyfriend had the blackened salmon. It was perfect.

the atmosphere was amazing. our server donnie was exceptionally very knowledgeable, enjoys his job the best crab cake was fantastic!
