Cascabel - Réserver une table

I did not know what to expect when I first came here. To start off the food on the menu sounded delicious, they had a blend of traditional dishes/additions to meals that is not so common around SA. Service was great and the bartender was funny. After the family ordered we were all quickly disappointed. The horchata watery jello with a splash of milk and cinnamon. Hopefully that’s not how it is usually served, it may have been the very last of it. Cocktails were much better. As our food came out it had a great presentation, but felt nothing was very flavorful. my beans were hard but It helped with the lack of texture, in poblano dish. the nachos were okay, nice size. The chicken strips and French fries were good. They serve a regular and a sweet candied version which was interesting. Enchiladas were just okay, we felt it did not have much flavor too. Nobody but the kids were satisfied in the end. It would probably be best when drunk.

I love the flavors here. Wonderful spices. Unique food. Delicious. We come here regularly. Note the five star rating. That doesn't mean it's perfect. I care most about eating, but if your jam is service with a attention to detail, then this can not feel like 5 stars. The service team is super nice, but not very organized. Some trainings, procedures, process and leadership would help a bit.

My experience at Cascabel was wonderful! Harold, the server, was incredibly warm and welcoming to me and my friends. Food was yummy and brought out in a timely manner. The mimosas are also Restaurant was clean. Portions were large and well priced. I totally recommend this business. Thank you so much!

Great staff, beautiful interior, really good food. The carnitas tacos were delicious and so were all the salsa varieties. The chips were also really tasty. The drinks were also really well made too, we got a margarita and sangria, both very tasty.

My mom and I were here for dinner. We had the chicken tattoos. There is amazing and will be back again. The guacamole was so delicious and the chips were also great.
