The kid with red hair is worthless. No hi. Hello. How you doing. Didn’t ask if I needed a bag so I asked. He then took his time and then left the bag on his side of the counter. Didn’t hand it to me. Didn’t push it to me. Nothing. No thank you. No have a good night. Just walked away and left the bag for me to reach under the divider and grab. As I’m typing this review I see him in the office sitting on the chair with his head back.
The service was absolutely terrible. I was told they were “too busy” to prepare food for the warmers, yet I saw one of the cooks just standing around. When I called to ask for the general manager's name, I was informed that it was a HIPAA violation. I had no idea Casey's was a medical office!
I had a silly question and the cashier answered it without laughing at me. The who staff was very friendly and I really enjoyed their pizza. Hope to go there again one day. But I'm not local.
The pizza is tasty, but on my last few visits to the Monmouth location, I've noticed that my order hasn't even been started by the time it's five minutes past the estimated ready time. Réservez une table maintenant
I was supposed to buy one large at regular price and get second large half off. They charged me full price for both.
The pizza is fantastic, and there are plenty of options to choose from. The prices are reasonable as well.
The guys that work 3rd shift at the abingdon il location are the best caseys employees ive met yet.
