Great place to have some fun. Large number of machines and game types and not that crowded. Also right at the thermal bath you can relax there afterwards. They have waiters walking around serving you which is good, you don't have to be distracted by leaving your place and wait in line to order.

We were there yesterday evening (New Year's Eve) and the lady at the reception (a very older lady) was very unfriendly. I'm not used to that from a casino and I very rarely write bad reviews, but the lady should look for another job. That is absolutely not possible for such a grand casino.

Nur noch enttäuscht an Respektlosigkeit nicht zum überbieten solch eine Arroganz habe ich schon lange nicht mehr erlebt brauchen anscheinend keine Gäste.Dazuher sich auf Corona Ausreden stützen aber mit der Sauberkeit nicht so genau nehmen.

Viele Slotmaschienen, jedoch wenige Tische und dementsprechend wenig Platz um zu spielen. Die Dealer sind swhr professionel, Ambiente selbst bei Corona angemehm.
