The food was great however the wait for someone to take your food order was disappointing. The wait was very well over 20 minutes. It appeared the restaurant may have been under staffed. The wait for the food was not long but the restaurant does not offer complimentary bread as a starter.

Excellent service and the most amazing steaks. Cooked as we wanted only Fab The service was exceptionally polite and accommodating. It was so easy to book a table on the app. Recommend this restaurant

Food was good as always and the service was great. Only downside was the fire alarm went off so we all had to leave but where let back in after about 15 mins once the fire engine crew had came out.

Second time my husband and I have been here and the service was great. Staff were very attentive, did not rush you, gave you time and space to enjoy your food and drinks. Highly recommend the place Réservez une table maintenant

Good quality food. Quick and service that works for our business meeting. Simple menu but good value for money. Would recommend for an airport venue.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, good menu choice, nice atmosphere, efficient service. We will come again on our next visit to Heathrow.
